Bungo Stray Dogs is a manga series of Japan written and designed by Kafka Asagiri and Sango Harukawa. The series was first serialized in 2012 in a magazine named ‘Kadokawa Shoten’s seinen mange’. The series is followed by light novel series consisting of 8 volumes. Bones adapted an anime tv series aired in two parts in the year 2016 and the second part in October in the same year. The third season of the anime tv series was released in 2019. The series revolves around the genres of Action, comedy, crime, fantasy and mystery along with supernatural elements. The series inspired many writers and the notable is Ango Sakaguchi and Osamu Dazal. The series was split into two parts where the first part includes twelve episodes and the second part consisting of twelve episodes premiered on 23rd June 2016 and 6th October 2016 respectively. Crunchyroll licensed for the streaming of this series. The opening and ending themes are ‘Reason Living’ and ‘Kaze ga Fuku’ meaning ‘Town Where Wind Blows’.

THE PLOT
The series focuses on the main character Atsushi Nakajima who joins with other supernatural gifted peoples after being kicked out from an orphanage and saving a detective named Osamu Dazai from suicide. Dazai recruits him which resulted him as the target of the members of the Port Mafia. Atsushi encounters Francis Scott Key Fitzgerald while fighting against the mafia. The battle between them is proceeded throughout the series and in the end as expected Atsushi and Akutagawa will be defeated. Akutagawa sacrifices himself to let Atsushi escape and with that, the story ends. As you know it is not the conclusion of the series and so the fourth part can be very well expected.
SEASON 4
Season 3 released in 2019 ended with an unsatisfactory plot and hinted at an upcoming big battle increasing the curiosity of the fans. Everyone is eagerly waiting for the following seasons as the series had modern touch mixing up the action and comedy. Season 3 ended incomplete so the fourth season has a lot to uncover like the results of the big battle and the detective agency dealing with their opponents. Bungou Stray Dogs had high ratings on its previous seasons.

RELEASE DATE
The highly popular series or to be precise, a Japanese anime series had an instant hit letting the fans wonder about the next season. The fourth season of Bungou Stray Dogs was expected to be premiered by the end of 2020 but it’s already 2021 and yet there is no official announcement from the producers. The series is now streaming in Crunchyroll and Funimation. Season four will be streamed on the above-mentioned platforms.
