Is This A Zombie Season 3 – Plot, Heittää, and Release Date

‘Is This a Zombie’ is light novel series written and designed by Shinichi Kimura and Kobuichi and Murrin. The novel has adapted to five manga adaptations and it has 19 volumes in total. The series revolves around the adventures of Ayumu Aikawa who is a zombie resurrected by a necromancer called Eucliwood Hellscythe. He was killed by a serial killer and he tried to make the best of his undead life. Ayumu comes across Haruna who is a Maso-Shojo and he takes all her powers to become a Maso-Shojo.

Along with all three characters namely Eucliwood, Haruna, and Seraphim who is a ninja, Ayumu manages to defeat the demons in a battle called Megalos. Throughout the series, Ayumu tries to discover the mystery behind his own death and encounters various adventures.

The series was directed and produced by Takaomi Kanasaki and Studio Deen which was first telecasted on various networks like Chiba TV, Sun Tv between 10th January to 4th April in the year 2011. The series was later broadcasted in Tokyo MK, Kyoto Broadcasting System, and Nico channel.

Due to a tsunami and some other natural disaster, the last three episodes were delayed to telecast. The series is now streaming on Crunchyroll and Funimation licensed the series in North America that was released in the year 2012.

SEASON TWO:

The second season was first released on 5^th April 2012 in the title ‘Is This a Zombie? Of the Dead’ aired on Tokyo MX. The total number of animated episodes including seasons one and two is twenty-five and the English adaptations were released and licensed by Funimation in the year 2013. The show started airing on American television name Chiller on Wednesday from the year 2015.

There are four themes used in the series as two opening themes and two closing themes. The opening themes of both seasons one and two are ‘Leave it to me Tonight’ and ‘Passionato’. The closing themes of seasons one and two are ‘Realize, Mr. Zombie, I am your classmate’ and ‘I am a beginner at Love’.

‘IS THIS A ZOMBIE’ SEASON THREE:

It is been eight long years since the second season of the series released and the fans are eagerly waiting for the next season. The series was quite popular during its days and so the fans are still waiting for the third instalment. The show received fame for its actions and story sequences and it is the reason for the huge fanbase particularly for this series.

It is dark comedy series that debuted on January 10 2011 and the second season premiered in 2012. Ever since its completion, the fans started questioning about season three. Even though the anime series had an absurd sequence that doesn’t make any sense, the highlights of this show made it really entertaining with its good action actions.

THE CAST:

The characters of the series developed an amazing viewer and as the result, they made a huge fanbase. They received love and great response even from the critics. Despite that, the producers of the series are yet to renew the third season. Hence the cast of the third season might have slight changes as it has been eight long years. It is believed that the makers still has the content for the third season and they do have plenty of source material for the story

RELEASE DATE:

The second season ended with the hope of having the third season of the series but the date remains uncertain as there is no official announcement from the makers. Don’t lose hope! If ever there’s a chance of releasing season three, the dates might fall by the end of the year 2021 or probably by the beginning of 2022. The fans are asked to wait and hope for the official announcement.
